What to put in the form

Dates, addresses, and the things that change the day: stairs, a tight street, an elevator building, the heavy piece in the basement, a container sitting at the curb, the second stop across town. Anything that changes the crew's morning changes the quote, and it is cheaper written here than explained on the porch.
